Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana Overnight Registration Form

Welcome to the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana Overnight Registration page. Please complete the following registration form for the September 8-9, 2017 Girl Scout Overnight.

Step 1 - Complete and submit this registration form.
Spots for Girl Scout Overnights are on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability. Within five business days of submitting your registration form you will be notified of registration status via email.

Step 2 - Submit payment.
Within two business days of receiving an acceptance email, please submit payment to confirm your Overnight spots. Payments are accepted via credit card over the phone. Further payment instructions will be included in the acceptance email.

Step 3 - Submit Participant List and Participant Agreement and Release Form.
Both the Participant Agreement and Release Form and a complete participant list are due two weeks before the event (August 25, 2017). A Participant Agreement and Release Form is required for each participant (scouts and chaperones). The participant list template and release form can be downloaded below and will be emailed with the registration status email.

Contact/Leader Information

  • Registration Fee: $52 per scout, $22 per chaperone up to the required 1:5 chaperone to children ratio. $52 per participant for additional adults.

  • The Nature Museum requires 1 chaperone for every 5 children.

  • $52 per participant for additional adults.

  • Please click here to download and save the Overnight Participant List template. Once it has been filled out, you may upload the completed doc and attach it to this submission form. Before uploading, please ensure your list has been saved as a .xls, .xlsx, or .csv file. If you do not have your troop's participant list at this time, you may submit it separately at least 2 weeks before the overnight to overnights@naturemuseum.org.









  • *Registration and Cancellation Policies:
    • -Payments can be made via credit card over the phone.
    • -Payment in full should be received within two business day of receiving registration status via email to confirm program participation.
    • -Both pre-registration and pre-payment are required for overnights.
    • -The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum reserves the right to cancel programs at any time, in which case a full refund will be provided.
    •  --If you have to cancel, you must email cancel@naturemuseum.org.
    •  --Cancellations made more than 30 days prior receive a 90% refund.
    •  --Cancellations made 15-30 days receive a 50% refund.
    •  --No refunds will be given for cancellations made 0-14 days before the overnight.
    •  --All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative processing fee.
