Winter Camp Registration Page

Welcome to the Winter Camp Registration Page. Please complete the following request form if you are registering your child for Winter Camp. For best experience, please fill out form by using a desktop or laptop computer.

How to Register:

Step 1- Complete and submit this form.
Spots for Winter Camp are on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability. Within five business days of submitting your registration you will be notified of registration status via email.

Step 2 - Submit payment.
Within two business days of receiving an acceptance email, please submit payment to confirm your camper's spot. Payments are accepted via credit card over the phone. Further payment instructions will be included in the acceptance email.

Legal Guardian Contact Information

Each camper must have two emergency contacts. In the event of an emergency, camp directors will contact the primary guardian first, followed by the secondary guardian, and then the emergency contact. Please list someone other than the primary guardian or secondary guardian as the emergency contact.

Pick-up Person must provide valid state issued photo ID card or passport at check out every day of camp. Please list below the name as it appears on the valid ID.

$70/day ($55/day for members)

Open Registration: 12/1-12/22

$80/day ($65/day for members)

*Registration and Cancellation Policies:

  • Both pre-registration and pre-payment is required for camp.
  • Payments are to be made by credit card over the phone.
  • The Museum reserves the right to cancel programs at any time due to low enrollment, in which case full refunds will be provided.
  • To cancel your registration you must email camps@naturemuseum.org. Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to camp to receive a refund or to transfer to another date of the same program. No refunds or transfers will be available less than 15 days prior to a program's start date.
