    Description

    Children ages 1-4 will learn Spanish vocabulary during an experiential and interactive class.
    Read books, sing songs, and meet a different live animal each week.

    Presented in partnership with Instituto Cervantes.

    Cost: 7-week series: $100/member caregiver and child, $140/non-member caregiver and child
    Single class: $20

    *Caregivers must remain with the child attending the class. You are welcome to bring children under 12 months to an older sibling’s class at no additional fee. Attending siblings 12 months or older should be registered for the class.

    Join other brownie and junior troops from the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana (GCNWI) council for an unforgettable slumber party. Make the Nature Museum your home for the night and experience the world of nature and science like never before. Museum Educators will guide you through fun hands-on activities, crafts, games and more. A light snack, continental breakfast and an overnight patch are included in the price.

    Cost: $52 per scout; $22 per chaperone up to the 1:5 chaperone to children ratio

    Spanish Through Nature (Ages 1-4)

    Description

    Children ages 1-4 will learn Spanish vocabulary during an experiential and interactive class.
    Read books, sing songs, and meet a different live animal each week.

    Presented in partnership with Instituto Cervantes.

    Cost: 7-week series: $100/member caregiver and child, $140/non-member caregiver and child
    Single class: $20

    *Caregivers must remain with the child attending the class. You are welcome to bring children under 12 months to an older sibling’s class at no additional fee. Attending siblings 12 months or older should be registered for the class.

    Join us for a rejuvenating yoga class in the Judy Istock Butterfly Haven. Students will leave class feeling energized, balanced, and ready to take their practice off the mat and out into the world. BYO mat.
