Bunking with the Butterflies is an unforgettable slumber party experience at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum! Spend a fun-filled night participating in nature-inspired activities, games and crafts, exploring the Museum, getting up close with live animals and being surrounded by the wonder of the Judy Istock Butterfly Haven.
Nature Museum overnights are a shared learning experience for youth and their chaperones facilitated by Museum Educators. A light snack and a continental breakfast will be provided. See below for information on our public scout overnights and custom private overnight options.

Join other brownie and junior troops from the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana (GCNWI) council for an unforgettable slumber party. Make the Nature Museum your home for the night and experience the world of nature and science like never before. Museum Educators will guide you through fun hands-on activities, crafts, games and more. A light snack, continental breakfast and an overnight patch are included in the price.
