Enjoy a delightful presentation from Barb Rosenstock, author of The Mystery of the Monarchs. Wish migrating monarch butterflies ‘good luck’ as they begin their incredible journey from Chicago to Mexico where they will spend the winter! Join our scientists as they tag and release local monarch butterflies. Plus, so much more with activities for all ages to enjoy!

For over 165 years, the Chicago Academy of Sciences / Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum has served a unique role in the city of Chicago connecting people of all ages to nature and science through immersive exhibits, fun family events, important conservation research and in-depth education programs, inspiring the wonder in all of us.
