A visit to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum is a great outing for senior groups.
With more than 15 exhibits to discover, there’s something for everyone! Guests can bask in the warmth of our world-famous Judy Istock Butterfly Haven, surrounded by a thousand fluttering butterflies, stroll through an art gallery or a natural history exhibit, get hands-on with one of our many live animals, or even explore the many nature trails that surround the Nature Museum and overlook North Pond — complete with pollinator gardens and vignettes of regional ecosystems.
In-person field trips to the Nature Museum are currently unavailable as a result of our building closure. Our educators are ready and available to bring field trip programming and more to your group virtually. Click here to get the conversation started.
