Thursday, October 10
10:00AM-4:00PM

Submissions Accepted October 1-October 31

In anticipation of Día de los Muertos, the Nature Museum invites you to participate by bringing a photo or remembrance item of a loved one (e.g., ancestor, pet, close friend) to contribute to our communal ofrenda (altar).

Día de los Muertos is a cherished tradition where we remember and celebrate the lives of those who have passed. Central to this Mexican tradition is the creation of the ofrenda — adorned with photos, candles, flowers, and meaningful items that honor our departed loved ones.

If you would like to honor someone special, please bring a COPY of a photo or a remembrance item to the museum's front desk during your next visit. We are accepting submissions from October 1st through October 31st. Kindly note that we will not be able to return photos, so we recommend bringing copies only.
