Plus enjoy all of the Museum's exhibits from the Butterfly Haven to the Sustainability Center and beyond, all while refreshing yourself with tasty snacks and great drinks!
This adults-only night at the museum will feature spine-tingling invertebrates*, chilling exothermic entities**, and all manner of lurking nocturnal critters. There might even be one right outside your window tonight. Do you hear them? The critters of the night!
Special for this Nature on Tap: We'll be joined by exciting partners from the Insect Asylum! They'll be bringing some nocturnal critters that they care for including a cave scorpion, and some scientific instruments to help us better understand our darkness-seeking friends!
You'll also get to meet our friends from the Cook County Forest Preserve from 7pm-9pm to learn about local nocturnal wildlife.
Finally, at 9pm, compete against one another in a Trivia challenge that will put to the test your knowledge of the natural...and supernatural!
Ticket price includes one drink and access to all of the Museum's exhibits. Additional snacks and drinks available for purchase. Cash and cards accepted. Refreshments include a selection of nonalcoholic drinks, beer, wine, hard seltzers, and ciders.
